The Program

Phasor physically inspects each UPS and records it on a standardized Campus UPS Data Sheet. The resulting inventory gives Facilities and IT a practical view of system condition, risk, and future replacement needs.

Annual Service Contract

Two preventive walkthroughs, every year.

During each visit, Phasor updates the UPS data records, gives feedback on room and environmental conditions, records room temperature, and cleans the UPS fan area and air intake to promote maximum airflow. We also document repairs the room needs — a cooling unit leaking water, for example — so Facilities and IT can address conditions that threaten equipment reliability before they cause a failure.
